I'm a Tomato Geneticist.

I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Florida Horticultural Sciences department and my lab is positioned at the Gulf Coast Research and Education Center. My research focuses on genetic and genomic strategies for improvement of tomato crop. Among other things, I am working on identification and genetic mapping of disease resistance, and development of genomic tools and pipelines.
